Our Passion for Perfection

We are proud to serve our Japanese ramen in Vancouver, our first overseas branch of Ramen Taka notsume. Our golden, yet clear broth has a deep umami richness that comes from carefully simmering pork bones (tonkotsu), vegetables and dried fish for many hours.

Ramen Taka’s founder, Hideki Sasaki, created this broth based on the much-loved, Asahikawa-style ramen he ate as a child in his mother’s restaurant in Hokkaido, Japan. Our unique noodles, made without eggs and minimal water, and leaner chashu are crafted to perfectly complement the broth.
